SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are a small business and fulfill all orders ourselves (so please be kind to us)!
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 2 PM PDT will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
At this time we only ship within the USA. As we continue to grow, we’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future!

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.
At this time we only ship within the USA.
We want to get The Sknob™ into as many hands as possible, so if you are located outside the USA, please email us at info@knobworks.co and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees. KNOBWORKS™ is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

Email our team at info@knobworks.co (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at info@knobworks.co with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
